William Dwyer

William Dwyer is a full-time Professor at Rutgers University's School of Management and Labor Relations. His teaching and research focus on negotiations and workplace conflict resolution. Bill is an experienced labor and employee relations professional formerly with Public Service Enterprise Group a publicly traded (NYSE:PEG) diversified energy company headquartered in New Jersey, and one of the ten largest electric companies in the United States. He has broad experience as a practitioner in labor and employee relations including negotiating collective bargaining agreements, directing workplace investigations, designing internal conflict management systems, resolving workplace disputes and conducting labor relations training.
