Update on NJ Police Licensure Law
Please join us for NJ LERA’s final dinner program of the 2024-25 season. The topic will be an update on the NJ police licensure law that went into effect on January 1, 2024. This law requires police officers to be licensed by the Police Training Commission (“PTC”), which has authority after a hearing to suspend, revoke, place conditions upon, or deny licenses. Our expert speakers will be the PTC’s Administrator and attorneys who represent the PTC, Labor, and Management.
